The Two Twins: LG Prada and Apple iPhone
Released in the spring of 2007, the LG Prada shares a unique feature with Apple’s new iPhone: Both phones no longer use the keypad and other buttons. And both phones have nice size LCD screens. Equipped with a 3 inch screen which displays 16 million colors in 240 x 400 pixels, LG Prada is 3.9 x 2.1 x 0.5 inches and is light-weight at only 3 ounces. The phone comes with an elegant piano black finish with a matching leather case. This little baby costs $849.

Did I mention that it looks pretty chic? And for that price, you will not be disappointed with LG Prada’s performance. To begin with, which other phone do you know carries 1000 contacts in the phonebook? Not only that, but it has space for an email address, memo and four phone numbers for each of your contacts. On top of that, each of your contacts can be given a polyphonic ring tone and photo ID.
Smart And Entertaining
And if you’re looking for more entertainment, the LG Prada comes with four installed games: Virus and Piper, Halloween Fever and Photo Puzzle. Of course, more games and applications can be downloaded.
With the Prada smartphone you can also surf the internet, email, download and and send instant messages. The sound quality for making calls on the Prada, is no less than superb. This elitist phone is smart too, it houses a 2.0 mega pixel digital camera that doubles as a camcorder for taking videos that can be used as MMS messages. The Cons
However, while the Prada is a fabulous phone, it does have its drawbacks too. For example, you can’t dial by feel on the virtual numeric keypad, nor is there a virtual QWERTY keyboard. To send text messages you have to tap on the virtual numeric keypad - like in a normal mobile phone. Well, you can’t have everything, can you? Also, it would have been better if it offered 3G, so more tasks can be done in less time. BUT, You can personalize the LG Prada using wallpapers, screensavers, and sounds.
Your Own Personal Secretary On The Go
Having your LG Prada with you is a lot like taking your secretary along with you. This smartphone even offers all the right software to view documents. Also, songs in mp3, WMA AAC, formats that you have on your home computer can be easily transferred to your LG Prada - without any special software.
